This group is intended for those who have completed at least a year of practice with the Friends' Beginner's Group or the equivalent.  If you are unsure which group would be best for you to join, please contact Mary Kay (the facilitator) for assistance.  We assume knowledge of the basic principles, steps and parts of NVC as well as practice applying these in your own life. Introductory material is not taught in this group. Continuing members are encouraged to attend the introductory classes to mentor newcomers and to deepen their own understanding of the basic skills and principles.
